4. Afluence Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and technology provided by Afluence are property of the company. Users retain rights to their personal content used in agent creation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Afluence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with prior notice when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days prior notice. In case of violation of these terms, Afluence may terminate the service immediately.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
