• Provide personalized coaching and guidance

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Grant necessary permissions for calendar access when requested

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to train your AI agent, including videos, audio, text, and images. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of creating and operating your personalized AI agent.

4.2 Our Service

The Afluence platform, including all software, algorithms, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates laws
• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Using the service to compete directly with Afluence

6. Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as described in your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Price changes with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afluence from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be discontinued
• Your AI agent will be deactivated
• We will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chile.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
